What payment methods are accepted on CMoS?
We currently accept Mobile Money payments via MTN Uganda and Airtel Uganda, powered by ZengaPay. No credit card or international payments are supported at this time. To pay with bank cards, please contact us.
How do I pay for a premium course?
Click the "Enroll Now" from the homepage button on the course page.
Proceed to checkout using ZengaPay Mobile Money.
Enter your MTN or Airtel MoMo number, confirm payment, and your access will be activated instantly after payment confirmation.
Is ZengaPay secure?
Yes. ZengaPay uses end-to-end encryption and secure APIs. Your phone number and payment details are not stored on CMoS or shared with any third parties.
Can I get a refund if I paid by mistake?
Refunds are only issued if:
You paid for the wrong course and haven’t accessed it.
There’s a confirmed technical error that blocked access after payment.
To request a refund, email paultutor@chemmathonline.com with your payment reference and phone number.
I paid but the course is still locked. What should I do?
First, check your Mobile Money app to confirm the transaction was successful.
If yes, wait 2–5 minutes for confirmation.
Still locked? Please email paultutor@chemmathonline.com with your MoMo number and course title.
Can I use someone else’s phone number to pay?
Yes. As long as the number is active on MTN or Airtel in Uganda, and the payment is successful, the course will be activated for the account you’re logged into when you paid.
Can I use the same number to pay for multiple courses?
Yes. You can use the same mobile number to pay for any number of courses across your account or even for a different account, provided payment is made while logged in.
Do I get a receipt after payment?
Yes. You will receive:
An instant SMS from your mobile operator confirming the MoMo deduction.
A confirmation email from CMoS with access details and payment confirmation.
Is there any extra charge for using ZengaPay?
Yes. There will be a 2% tax fee at checkout which caters for mobile money and zengapay fees.
