The following systems or processes developed and used by CMoS may be protected by patent or are currently under patent application:

• Digital Content Access System: Our structured model for distributing restricted e-learning content (such as notes, assignments, and tests) to verified users only.

• Timed Subscription Expiry Model: A system that automatically expires access to premium content after a specific duration without manual intervention.

• Multi-Layer Content Security Integration: An approach for preventing unauthorized sharing or duplication of digital academic content.

• Performance-Based Adaptive Test Modules: A tool for evaluating A-Level Chemistry and Mathematics learners based on real-time response data.

• CMoS Educator Dashboard: A unique instructor interface for scheduling, uploading, and monitoring learner progress in a centralized system.

These systems may be patent-pending or covered under intellectual property rights in Uganda or elsewhere. The LMS is developed by Percent Tech and co-developed by resources from Tutor LMS and integrated as an API.
