How do I create an account on CMoS?
To create a free student account:
Visit chemmathonline.com
Click the Login/Sign Up button on the top right
Fill in your name, email, and password
Confirm your email (if prompted)
You’re now ready to access free and premium content.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
Enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Can I update my profile information later?
✅ Yes.
After logging in, go to your Dashboard → Profile Settings. You can update your name, email, password, and profile picture.
Can I use my phone number to log in?
Not yet. Currently, CMoS uses email-based login. However, you can use your mobile number when registering for courses or making payments through ZengaPay.
How do I delete or deactivate my account?
To request account deletion, email info@chemmathonline.com with the subject “Delete My Account”. You’ll receive confirmation within 48 hours.
Can I create multiple accounts with the same email?
❌ No. One account is allowed per email address. If you need to register a new account, use a different email.
I can't log in even after resetting my password. What should I do?
Make sure you’re entering the correct email and the new password. If the issue continues, contact our support team at info@chemmathonline.com or use the WhatsApp chat on the website.
Can instructors or ambassadors also register?
Yes!
If you're a teacher or school ambassador, use the Instructor Registration link on the sign-up page or contact paultutor@chemmathonline.com to get elevated access.
